The Trustee contacted all members in April 2020 to explain how the Scheme’s administration team at Aviva was responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.

During the global pandemic, the Trustee would like to give comfort to all members that it will continue to ensure a high level of service and positive member experience during this time.
